COMMON CAUSES:

  • Overexertion
  • Muscle strains
  • Sports-related injuries
  • Repetitive motion

  • Stress and muscle tension

COMMON SYMPTOMS:

  • Tightness in shoulders
  • Soreness and difficulty moving your neck or turning your head

PREVENTING PAIN:

  • Maintain a strong and balanced posture
